To market the soundtrack to the latest instalment of the outrageously popular Guardians of the Galaxy series, we created a simple but strangely compelling game, in which users need to re-spool a cassette. For anyone who has seen the first film, Starlord’s Awesome Mix Vol 1 was central to plot, so we put rescuing the tape at the heart of our game. Players could find their Universal Rank by submitting their scores and the top ten scores were added to a leaderboard.
