Having worked with Florence and The Machine for a number of years it was great to see them come back so strongly with How Big How Blue How Beautiful in 2015.
As with her previous releases Florence evolved her look for this album requiring a fresh approach to the website, moving away from the art deco styling of the previous site and bringing in a more ‘high-fashion’ minimalist approach.
A custom video player was created to house a suite of 5 films that made the How Big How Blue How Beautiful Odyssey
Users who remain on the site for a longer period of time were able to notice the simple white background slowly starts to rust, subtly at first but more pronounced as time moves on.
